oleibman 170b058049 WIP Minor Breaking Change to DefaultValueBinder
Fix #4522. Although this is technically a breaking change, it is expected that very few, if any, existing programs will be affected. Nevertheless, DefaultValueBinder is implicitly used by the vast majority of programs out there, and I am reluctant to install a breaking change for something so widespread. So I will save this change for the next breaking release, which should be PhpSpreadsheet 5.0.0. There is no current schedule for that release.

For strings consisting entirely of digits, DefaultValueBinder treats the value as a string if greater than PHP_INT_MAX, or an int otherwise. This prevents the loss of precision in large integers. This treatment dates back to PHPExcel, and has been in place since 2014.

There are several problems with this approach. Excel itself maintains
[15 digits of precision](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/excel-specifications-and-limits-1672b34d-7043-467e-8e27-269d656771c3).
So, string-vs-int should be decided at 999_999_999_999_999. This is much lower than PHP_INT_MAX for 64-bit, and much higher than for 32-bit. DefaultValueBinder is changed to use that new limit.

A second problem is that DefaultValueBinder is only making this adjustment for positive integers. It is changed to test absolute value.

A third problem is that DefaultValueBinder is making this adjustment only for strings, so that if you pass the number in as an int, it will not be adjusted (and will lose precision). It is changed to apply the same test for int.

oleibman d647fe7ee7 Use Php Attributes Rather than Annotations for PhpUnit
With PhpUnit 10 came the ability to use Php attributes rather than doc-block annotations for things like "data provider". PhpUnit 11 deprecates the use of annotations, and PhpUnit 12 will not not permit their use. Since PhpUnit 11 requires Php8.2+, we cannot adopt it as long as we support Php8.1, which will continue to be the case for some time. However, there is no penalty for early adoption.

Php-cs-fixer can use:
```
'php_unit_attributes' => ['keep_annotations' => false],
```
This allows us to run `composer fix` to automate all the needed changes. No manual changes were needed for any of the test members.

With this change, PhpUnit 9 can no longer be used with the test suite. File composer.json is updated to reflect that reality, and phpunit9.xml.dist, which has been supplied in case anyone needed to use PhpUnit 9, is no longer required, and is thus deleted. For now, PhpUnit 11 is not being added as a possibility.

No source code is changed in this PR.

Adrien Crivelli ec4098c8fd Strict mode for all tests
While we might never be able to have 100% of our code strict, we can at
the very least do it for all of our tests. This ensures that our tests
are using our API with the types as intended by the test author, and not
silently be cast to what our API requires.

And quite a bit more manual changes. The idea is that typing of our
tests can be a bit more loose, so we assume PHPDoc is mostly correct. If
that happens to be wrong, it should be caught by the tests themselves.

oleibman e9cf27354d PhpUnit 10 Compatibility Part 2 (#3526)
Successor to PR #3523. There are 494 single-line changes (`public function provider` to `public static function provider`) in this PR. None of these were made manually; they were all created with the following script (adapted from
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/25909820/how-to-recursively-iterate-through-files-in-php):
```php
$dir = 'C:/git/unit10prep2/tests/PhpSpreadsheetTests';
$it = new RecursiveDirectoryIterator($dir);
// Loop through files
foreach(new RecursiveIteratorIterator($it) as $file) {
    if ($file->getExtension() === 'php') {
        $contents = file_get_contents($file);
        $new = preg_replace('/public function (\\w*)([Pp])rovider/', 'public static function $1$2rovider', $contents);
        if ($new !== $contents) {
            echo "changing $file\n";
            file_put_contents($file, $new);
        }
    }
}
```

After this PR, there will be one more, with a small number of test changes, and enabling PhpUnit 10 for Php 8.1+.

oleibman 6925b7f621 Conditional Formatting Improvements for Xlsx (#3372)
* WIP Conditional Formatting Improvements for Xlsx

Fix #3370. Conditional styles are always generated with 5 borders (right, left, top, bottom, diagonal) even though the border style is none in each case. For the spreadsheet in question, top and bottom were inappropriate and interfered with the desired formatting. A new border style, BORDER_OMIT is added which will cause the Xlsx Writer to not generate that style. All conditional borders will be initialized with that value. Any border included in the Xml will, of course, change it to the specified type.

Fix #3202. User wants a condition to use "No format set" as you can in Excel. A new boolean property `$noFormatSet`, along with setter and getter, is added to Style/Conditional. It is initialized to false. User can call setter to change it. More importantly for the issue in question, if the Xlsx Reader encounters a `cfRule` tag which does not have a `dxfId` attribute (i.e. no style is associated with the rule), it will set noFormatSet to true. Similarly, the Xlsx writer will not generate a `dfxId` tag when noFormatSet is true.

This change is applicable only to Xlsx. Html, Csv, and Ods do not have support for Conditional Formatting. Limited support was added to Xls with PR #2696 in April 2022 and PR #2702 about a month later. However, with the current release code, Xls equivalents of the two new test spreadsheets in this PR are too complicated to be handled correctly by PhpSpreadsheet - loading and then saving them as Xls results in Excel complaining of corruption, and the results don't meet expectations. Since I have no idea how BIFF works, and since the problems with those spreadsheets are not caused by this PR, I am not planning to address those problems at this time.

* Update Documentation, Write Alignment and Font Less Often

It doesn't cause any particular harm except for small increases in file size and run time, but Alignment tags are written even when (a) all its attributes are null for Conditional Formatting, and (b) when the xml specifically indicates that Alignment should not be applied. Similarly, Font is written even when all its attributes are null for Conditional Formatting.

There are some errors in the Conditional Formatting documentation. Specifying a solid fill color in a Conditional Style requires the use of endColor, not StartColor. The discussion of Order of Evaluating is not entirely accurate. I have changed it to what I believe is an accurate explanation of how Excel works; and also added a mention that other spreadsheet programs might not work the same way, adding a couple of illustrations of the difference. The description of the multiple conditions did not quite match the diagram. 'Stop if true' was a blank paragraph; it is now described, and the new 'No format set' option is described in that paragraph since (I think) it would be used most often in conjunction with 'Stop if true'.

* Xlsx Writer Allow StartColor for Conditional Solid Fill

To set a solid fill in a non-conditional style, you set StartColor (xml will use that value as fgColor and a default value as bgColor). If you instead set EndColor (xml will use that value as bgColor and a default value as fgColor), the styling will not work as expected.

However, for conditional styles, if you set StartColor (xml will use that value as fgColor and not specify bgColor), the styling will not work as expected. If you instead set EndColor (xml will use that value as bgColor and not specify fgColor), the styling will work as expected.

Together, this means that you need to use different methods for non-conditional style fill than for conditional style fill. This isn't a big problem, but it is a bit weird. This PR changes Xlsx Writer so that if (a) fill is olid and (b) startColor is specified and (c) endColor is null, the xml will be written as bgColor without specifying fgColor. This means that you can set StartColor for both conditional and non-conditional and get the expected styling. You may, of course, continue to specify EndColor instead for conditional.

* Fix Some (Not Many) Xls Problems

I will open an issue for the (pre-existing) remainder.

rtek cf30c2a824 Modify XLSX RW to keep decimal for floats with a zero decimal part
Prior to 1.10, all numeric values where read as floats. In 1.10
numeric values are read using 0 + x, which relies on PHP type
juggling rules. As a result, float(0.0) is written as string('0'),
then read back as int(0). This fix causes the writer to retain the
the decimal for float values such that a reader can differentiate
floats from ints.
