* Eliminate Some Phpstan Annotations

Some changes are possible due to Php8+ features like null-safe operators and Stringable.

* Possible Uninitialized Variable

Scrutinizer might be technically correct.

* CellAddress Static -> Self

I don't understand the use case for extending it, which would be the reason for using static rather than self.

Because they tend to clutter our code a lot and unfortunately, there are
lots of false positives. Instead, it would probably be better to deal
with false positives out of band, via the Scrutinizer web UI.

Fix #3721. That issue can already be handled, but requires several statements when one ought to suffice. Adding an extra parameter to the RowCellIterator and ColumnCellIterator constructors is useful, easy, and becomes especially practical now that our supported Php releases all support named parameters (see new test Issue3721Test).

oleibman c5527ba534 Unexpected Namespacing in rels File (#3722)
* Unexpected Namespacing in rels File

Fix #3720. Third-party product created a spreadsheet which PhpSpreadsheet could not read because of unexpected namespacing in workbook.xml.rels.

The file which demonstrated the problem was attached to #3423, however I do not believe it was related to the original problem. Nevertheless, the original issue specifically called out Protection, so I put some Protection tests in the validation test for the fix. In doing so, I found that Style/Protection is particularly confusing. Its properties will often have the value `inherit`, which isn't all that helpful; and, even when the `locked` value is `protected`, the cell won't actually be locked unless the sheet is protected as well. The `hidden` property is even more obscure - it applies only to formulas, and refers to hiding the property on the formula bar, not in the cell. I have added methods `isLocked` and `isHiddenOnFormulaBar` to `Cell`. I corrected the docs to explain this. And, as long as I was looking at the docs, I corrected some examples to use `getHighestDataRow/Column` rather than `getHighestRow/Column`, a frequent problem for users (e.g. #3721).

As a side note, the change to Cell.php is my first use of the nullsafe operator. This is one of many new options available now that we require Php8.0+.

* Minor Simplifications

* Scrutinizer

It's being silly again. In many tests, we test a variable for non-null, then use that variable later and Scrutinizer knows it's not null. Not here. Oh well.

* Add Methods

Test if protected without allocating cell if it doesn't exist.

While we might never be able to have 100% of our code strict, we can at

And quite a bit more manual changes. The idea is that typing of our

that happens to be wrong, it should be caught by the tests themselves.

oleibman 06c4aff394 Avoid Allocating RowDimension Unneccesarily (#3686)
* Avoid Allocating RowDimension Unneccesarily

This PR builds on PR #3527, introduced but subsequently closed by @goetas. The observation was that AutoFilter did not need to allocate a new RowDimension when the row was not to be filtered. While vetting the PR, it became apparent that Xlsx Writer also allocates RowDimension unnecessarily, with some minor adjustments possible for Ods and Mpdf as well. My tests confirm the initial observation that there can be a considerable memory savings when RowDimension is allocated only when needed. So, even though the original PR is withdrawn, there seems to be value in proceeding with it anyhow.

* Memory Leak

Worksheet points to Table, Table points back to Worksheet. Circular reference prevents garbage collection. Remove Table collection in Worksheet at destruct time to avoid this problem.

* PhpUnit10 Failure

oleibman 616b9de3f0 Split Screens (#3622)
* Split Screens

Fix #3601. Split screens are a feature that affects the display of the spreadsheet to the end user; they do not affect the data. They are conceptually similar to "freeze panes". The differences are explained in the issue. As will be explained, support is fairly full for Xlsx, and less full for Xml; no attempt is yet made to support Xls or Ods.

For freeze or split, the window can be divided into 2 horizontal panes, or 2 vertical panes, or 4 horizontal+vertical panes. In Excel, you can split or freeze on cell A1, which causes 4 panes centered at the middle of the screen. PhpSpreadsheet will not duplicate that functionality, and code is added to ignore an attempt to freeze at A1. This breaks one existing nonsensical test, which is changed to something sensible for this PR.

In the spreadsheet xml, both 'freeze' and 'split' use attributes 'xSplit' and 'ySplit' to indicate the position. Unfortunately, the attributes have different meanings for 'freeze' (*columns* from top/left) than for 'split' (*distance* from top/left). For that reason, it is difficult to change between 'freeze' and 'split', so PhpSpreadsheet will not yet support doing so.

There are 3 possible states when freeze/split is used - 'frozen', 'split', or 'frozenSplit'. All will be maintained during read/write, and the user can set them. In Excel, you get 'frozenSplit' by first splitting, then by changing to freezing. In that case, when you unfreeze, you revert to split. PhpSpreadsheet will not duplicate that functionality - when you unfreeze, the panes will go away regardless of whether you were 'frozen' or 'frozenSplit'.

Changing the selected cell will cause the 'active pane' to update when the panes are frozen. PhpSpreadsheet will not yet update the active pane when the panes are split. The programmer will, of course, have the opportunity to explicitly change the active pane in this circumstance.

I have not yet been able to figure out how Xml spreadsheets map their panes, or how to determine selected cell for the sheet as a whole or for individual panes when freeze/split is in effect. The programmer will have the opportunity to specify these explicitly. However, loading an Xml spreadsheet in PhpSpreadsheet will not fill in these values.

Each pane has its own selected cells, and you can navigate between these with the F6 key in Excel (this may work only with split but not with freeze, but Excel maintains the values for freeze and so will PhpSpreadsheet). For Xlsx, PhpSpreadsheet loads and saves these values.

oleibman 570660f12a Column Widths, Especially for ODS (#3610)
Fix #3609. Reporter created a spreadsheet with non-adjacent columns having non-default widths. Ods Writer needs to generate entries for the missing columns with default width.

The fix was fairly simple. Testing it was not. Ods Reader basically ignores all styles; they are complicated, declared in (at least) 2 places (content.xml and styles.xml). This change deals only with the problem as reported, in which the missing declarations should be in content.xml. If someone reports a real-world example of this involving styles.xml, I can look at that then. In the meantime, this toehold might serve as a template for adding other style processing to Ods Reader.

Looking at other formats, processing of column widths was also missing from Html Reader, and is now added. Note that this will work only with inline Css declarations on the `col` tags, which can be generated by Html Writer using `setUseInlineCss(true)`. This creates a much larger file than one created without inline CSS.

A general problem became evident when studying the code. Worksheet `columnDimensions` is an unsorted array. This is not a problem per se, but it can easily lead to unexpected results from a `getColumnDimensions` call. The code is changed to sort the array before returning it in `getColumnDimensions`.

One existing test failed as a result of this change. It errorneously tested `getHighestColumn` instead of `getHighestDataColumn`, which caused a problem because the final column declaration included a `number-columns-repeated` attribute. The new result for `getHighestColumn` is correct, and the test is changed to use `getHighestDataColumn` instead, which was certainly its intent.

oleibman 5a6d8b9285 Accommodating Slash with preg_quote - Structured Reference Column Names (#3583)
PR #3513, developed by @SaidkhojaIftikhor, has been stuck for some time awaiting tests. This is the second of three PRs to replace that one. This accomodates the use of slash as a delimiter in column names in Tables and Structured References. The source changes are very simple. Additional tests exercise all the source changes.

There is also a preg_quote call when a table is renamed. I have also changed it to accomodate slash, because it's the right thing to do. But ... I can't think how to test it. PhpSpreadsheet will not allow you to set a table name to a string containing a slash (a test is added to confirm), and, if I manually update the Xml in an Xlsx spreadsheet so that the name does contain a slash, Excel will, understandably, complain that the file is corrupt.

oleibman e9cf27354d PhpUnit 10 Compatibility Part 2 (#3526)
Successor to PR #3523. There are 494 single-line changes (`public function provider` to `public static function provider`) in this PR. None of these were made manually; they were all created with the following script (adapted from
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/25909820/how-to-recursively-iterate-through-files-in-php):
```php
$dir = 'C:/git/unit10prep2/tests/PhpSpreadsheetTests';
$it = new RecursiveDirectoryIterator($dir);
// Loop through files
foreach(new RecursiveIteratorIterator($it) as $file) {
    if ($file->getExtension() === 'php') {
        $contents = file_get_contents($file);
        $new = preg_replace('/public function (\\w*)([Pp])rovider/', 'public static function $1$2rovider', $contents);
        if ($new !== $contents) {
            echo "changing $file\n";
            file_put_contents($file, $new);
        }
    }
}
```

After this PR, there will be one more, with a small number of test changes, and enabling PhpUnit 10 for Php 8.1+.

oleibman 1187825738 PhpUnit 10 Compatibility Part 1 (#3523)
* PhpUnit 10 Compatibility Part 1

This is not a change to move to PhpUnit 10. There is no compelling reason to do so at this time, although it is bound to happen eventually. There are a staggering number of problems (somewhere around 3,000) with the current test suite under PhpUnit 10; this is an attempt to get ahead of the curve by addressing them now.

Method `setOutputCallback` has gone away. This affects only Helper/SampleTest. It appears that `ob_start` and its allies provide an effective equivalent. FWIW, the absence of `setOutputCallback` is a good indication of whether or not PhpUnit 10 is in use, and I will use that fact in a few tests.

Class `ComplexAssert` with no constructor, and always used with `new ComplexAssert()`, extends `TestCase`. Apparently, the constructor for TestCase requires an argument, and PhpUnit 10 complains about not supplying one. Adding an empty constructor to ComplexAssert avoids this problem.

There are two very minor source changes, to Calculation/Calculation and Reader/Xlsx, where problems were exposed with PhpUnit 10 that had not been previously been exposed. AFAIK, these are the only source changes required; the rest of the changes are to test members.

The bulk of the problems are because PhpUnit 10 insists that provider methods be static. Most of those can be changed by a script without any further action; those changes will constitute the Part 2 counterpart of this PR. In this PR you will find the exceptional cases that can't be automated for one reason or another. The tests for Database functions have mild complications that are easily handled. Most of the other provider changes in this PR are because the method names didn't follow an established pattern ('provider' isn't part of the method name); those are also easily handled manually. Modifying the following tests provided significant challenges:
- Writer/Xls/WorkbookTest testAddColor
- Worksheet/Table/TableTest testSetRangeValidRange

The handling of warning messages issued by the code differs in PhpUnit 10. According to the change log, "This means that using PHP functionality which triggers E_DEPRECATED, E_NOTICE, E_STRICT, or E_WARNING or calling code which triggers E_USER_DEPRECATED, E_USER_NOTICE, or E_USER_WARNING can no longer hide a bug in your code." To me, the effect of that change seems to be exactly the opposite - such messages were available to the test with PhpUnit 9 (so we could test for them), and are no longer available (so we can't). I haven't even succeeded with a custom error message handler as part of the script. I will continue to investigate, but, for now, will skip some tests under PhpUnit 10 for the following:
- Shared/OleTest testChainedWriteMode and testChainedBadPath
- Reader/Html/HtmlLoadStringTest testLoadInvalidString
- Reader/Html/HtmlTest testBadHtml

Parent construct suggested by @MarkBaker.

oleibman 4e09fd407d Permit Max Column for Row Breaks (#3345)
* Permit Max Column for Row Breaks

Fix #3143. Page break was dropped. Difference between good and bad was the use of attribute `max` in `brk` tag in the good spreadsheet. However, `max` was *not* required in a similar spreadsheet. So the reason for the problem isn't completely explained. Nevertheless, it can't really hurt to capture the `max` value on read (if present) and generate it on write. This resolves the issue. User is also permitted to specify max column when setting a row break programatically. I am not yet in position to document when that might be a good idea.

* Case-sensitive Directory Name

Not a problem on my Windows system.

* Update Documentation and Add Tests

Change is necessitated by probable Excel bug.

* Unhappy With Initial Implementation

I kind of shoe-horned it in. Better to create a new PageBreak class, which will make it easier to accomodate any future surprises about page break handling. The only difficulty with the new approach is making sure getBreaks maintains backwards compatibility. New tests will ensure that.

oleibman 1cdc6cd2fb Breaking Change to toFormattedString and 3 toArray Methods (#3304)
* Breaking Change to toFormattedString and 3 toArray Methods

DocBlock says `toFormattedString` returns string, but code can return int, float, bool, null, or RichText. I think the DocBlock is correct (function name clearly indicates "to string"), and the code needs to change to match it. This is not that big a deal on its own. However, some methods in `Worksheet` call this function by default - `rangeToArray`, `toArray`, and `namedRangeToArray`. All 3 can be called with a parameter so that they don't call `toFormattedString`, but, by default, they do call, and so are affected by this change. Some unit test results are changed as a result of this code change. In all those cases, an additional test is added which would match the previous result.

* Update Change Log

I often skip this till later, but, since it's a breaking change ...

* Scrutinizer, Plus Strange Cast to -0

Avoid Scrutinizer complaint by casting string to float, but ... Php decides resulted should sometimes be `-0`? That caused test failures. Very odd.

oleibman a3f3d2c9ad Clean Up Documentation for Worksheet (#3281)
* Clean Up Documentation for Worksheet

This PR was intended to clean up Phpstan/Scrutinizer messages regarding Worksheet. It is, for the most part, straightforward, but there is one problem which complicates things. The frequently-called public method `getParent` returns `Worksheet` or `null` but is documented to return only `Worksheet`. This can be addressed in either of two ways - change the code to match the documentation (smaller number of changes but a backwards compatibility break), or change the documentation to match the code (larger number of changes but no compatibility break). I have prepared a PR for each approach, but avoiding a compatibility break seems better, so I am pushing the latter. I can switch to the other if preferred. Most existing internal calls to `getParent` are changed to use a new method `getParentOrThrow`, which will throw an exception if parent is null. These calls would all have thrown a null pointer exception anyhow in that situation, so this should not cause any new breaks.

* Scrutinizer

One false positive, and one message leading to a minor code improvement.

oleibman 29b07a7c86 Namespace-Aware Code for SheetViewOptions, SheetProtection (minor break) (#3230)
* Namespace-Aware Code for SheetViewOptions, SheetProtection (minor break)

This is fairly straightforward for SheetViewOptions.

SheetProtection is a bit less straightforward. All the attributes should allow for null as well as boolean; this is especially important because Excel defaults to true for some of them and false for others (existing code always treated attributes missing from the XML as false). DocBlocks are updated to indicate the defaults. The test for isProtectionEnabled is changed to reflect this reality. Also, PhpSpreadsheet has been using true/false when writing these, but Excel uses 1/0. Because of these differences, this is a breaking change, but the consequences of the breaks should be minor. Two unit test results needed to change.

Remaining areas in Reader/Xlsx which still use the namespace-unaware code include conditional formatting (internal or external), auto filters, unparsed loaded data, data validation (internal or external), alternate content, and header/footer images.

For some reason, a version newly cloned from master receives a complaint from composer that the lock and json files aren't in sync. So I ran composer update. The only thing that needs special attention is, as usual, Phpstan. There are an unusually large number of new differences when Phpstan is run with Php7.4 vs Php8.1. These are handled easily enough. But Reader/Xlsx seems very fragile; a change which would have eliminated one of the new errors seems to have caused Phpstan to go into a loop, as does an annotation without a code change, and, indeed, as does just about any change to that member. This bears watching, and it's a reason I will delay installing this.
