Subject: [PATCH] Fix badge showing incorrect latest release version

Display the correct latest release version by modifying the image url
query string to specify semantic version sorting. Without this sorting,
releasing 8.9.2, 9.0.0, 9.1.0, and then 8.9.3 would cause version 8.9.3
to incorrectly appear as the current latest release.
