Zach Borboa 2e10ae416e Fix #240: Make CURLINFO_HEADER_OUT optional. 
CURLINFO_HEADER_OUT is true by default, but now optional. When
CURLINFO_HEADER_OUT is not true, requestHeaders will be null.
