Zach Borboa 48d7193a0b Run continuous integration on the legacy branch 
Run the continuous integration tests of the currently-supported PHP
versions on the legacy branch. This will not test php5.x-master branch
changes under PHP v5.x environments, but may help minimize introducing
bugs in the legacy branch.
