Rename certain namespaces, interfaces and classes.

Add the ability to get a connection by alias from aggregated connections.
...
Previously it was possible to create a new instance of Predis\Client using
the alias of a single connection in a cluster of connections. Now we added
the ability to do this also when using master/slave replication.

Rename helper method used to fetch the key tag from a key.
...
The name "getKeyHashablePart" was too generic for this method after all.

This is a starting point to add a documentation of the whole set of APIs and
classes of Predis. The next step will be to actually improve and extend it.
