Extract slot map logic to separate class.

In addition to that, the methods askSlotsMap() and buildSlotsMap() of
the redis-cluster connection backend have been renamed respectively
to askSlotMap() and buildSlotMap().

Now we have two namespaces for cluster and replication backends:
- Predis\Connection\Cluster
- Predis\Connection\Replication
