Development

- Fixed DebugHandler::fireEvent not providing correct arguments when calling fireEvents.
- Fixed custom regex setMatch not setting parsed parameters correctly (issue: #566).
- Added unit-tests for catching issue in the future.
- Added php-stan typehints.
