- Fixed issue #227 causing custom resource-routes not to be loaded after latest update.
- Optimized `RouteResource` class.
- Renamed `IRestController` to `IResourceController`.
- Added unit-tests for RouterResource.
- Simplified unit-tests with the `TestRouter` custom router class.
