Allow to filter frames belonging to the application.
...
When using a framework, many of the frames are generated by the framework and are most of the times not relevant.
If you specify which paths are part of the application, tabs will be shown to toggle between only application and all frames.

This will make the pretty HTML pages work properly even if the user already spat out a different Content-Type header prior to their error.

PrettyPageHandler: remove deprecated notices

Until we handle deprecated errors in a graceful manner,
triggering this aborts the application, which defeats the purpose of compatibility.
