Added autoload-dev (#178)

* INTL_IDNA_VARIANT_UTS46 is not supported on all systems

Fall back to INTL_IDNA_VARIANT_2003 if INTL_IDNA_VARIANT_UTS46 is not found.

* Fix syntax error

* Update DNSCheckValidation.php
