Tweaking phpdoc above Environment
Super minor. This description is displayed in Symfony's `debug:autowiring` command. It occurred to me that the current description doesn't describe the "thing" that most people would be looking for - that it *renders* templates.

Twig, the flexible, fast, and secure template language for PHP

Twig is a template language for PHP, released under the new BSD license (code
and documentation).
Twig uses a syntax similar to the Django and Jinja template languages which
