PHP class for [two-factor (or multi-factor) authentication](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-factor_authentication) using [TOTP](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time-based_One-time_Password_Algorithm) and [QR-codes](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QR_code).
