TwoFactorAuth class for PHP

PHP class for two-factor authentication using TOTP and QR-codes. Inspired, based and mostly an improvement on 'GoogleAuthenticator'.

Requirements

Tested on PHP 5.3 and 5.4
cURL when using the default GoogleQRCodeProvider but you can provide your own QR-code provider.
