TwoFactorAuth class for PHP

PHP class for two-factor authentication using TOTP and QR-codes. Inspired, based and mostly an improvement on 'GoogleAuthenticator'.

Requirements

Tested on PHP 5.3 and 5.4
cURL when using the provided GoogleQRCodeProvider (default), QRServerProvider or QRicketProvider but you can also provide your own QR-code provider.
