Fix PHP CodeSniffer method name warnings

Warning message:
    Method name "Curl::__get_[...]" is discouraged; PHP has reserved all
    method names with a double underscore prefix for future use.
    (PHPCompatibility.FunctionNameRestrictions.ReservedFunctionNames.MethodDoubleUnderscore)
