Run continuous integration on the legacy branch
...
Run the continuous integration tests of the currently-supported PHP
versions on the legacy branch. This will not test php5.x-master branch
changes under PHP v5.x environments, but may help minimize introducing
bugs in the legacy branch.

Fix badges showing incorrect latest release version
...
Display the correct latest release version by modifying the image url
query string to specify semantic version sorting. Without this sorting,
releasing 8.9.2, 9.0.0, 9.1.0, and then 8.9.3 would cause version 8.9.3
to incorrectly appear as the current latest release.

Fix MultiCurl base url being overwritten by the most recently set url
...
Previously, when using MultiCurl and updating the url after instances
have already been initialized, the most recently specified base url
would be used for the requests. This change fixes using relative urls
with MultiCurl::add* methods and allows instance-specific base urls to
be used.
