PrettyPageHandler: remove deprecated notices
...
Until we handle deprecated errors in a graceful manner,
triggering this aborts the application, which defeats the purpose of compatibility.
Also see issue #100 .

Remove an exception for strict errors in Run.php
...
There is no indication why that special handling is necessary,
as it should be picked up by the regular error handling,
as every other type of error in the current file.
