Добавлено значение `rejected_by_timeout` параметра `reason`
Добавлена информация о банке плательщика при оплате через СБП
Добавлен объект `receiver` с реквизитами получателя. `fraud_data` стал `deprecated`. Вместо него нужно использовать `receiver`
Изменено название метода Tinkoff. на T-Pay
Добавлен новый метод оплаты по электронному сертификату
